Stress Management Techniques

These techniques include skilled breathing, awareness of body relaxation, meditation, guided imagery and hypnosis.
Emotional maturity begins with learning how to love and accept ourselves.

Couples 

When couples learn emotional communication, which deals with being responsive to their own and their partner's feelings and needs, a more loving and committed relationship can be achieved.  The tools of Harville Hendrix,
John Gottman and Laurel Mellin will be utilized. These tools open up a disconnected relationship to create one of care, responsiveness and loving.

Healing Trauma
